Act as a liaison between patients and doctors for non-clinical communication when needed.
Admission and Onboarding
Personally meet all newly admitted
corporate and reference patients
to welcome them, explain hospital processes, and offer assistance.
Ensure all necessary patient services and preferences are communicated to relevant departments.
Financial Coordination
Conduct the
evening deposit round
