Job Description

Patient Interaction & Feedback



Conduct daily

patient feedback rounds

, including:

Discharge feedback rounds

to assess the overall hospital experience.

Evening rounds

to interact with general patients and gather real-time concerns. Ensure proper documentation and timely escalation of feedback to concerned departments for resolution. Resolve

patient queries and complaints

promptly with empathy and efficiency, ensuring follow-up until closure.

Doctor & Referral Coordination



Coordinate with

reference doctors

regarding the current status and condition of their referred patients. Act as a liaison between patients and doctors for non-clinical communication when needed.

Admission and Onboarding



Personally meet all newly admitted

corporate and reference patients

to welcome them, explain hospital processes, and offer assistance. Ensure all necessary patient services and preferences are communicated to relevant departments.

Financial Coordination



Conduct the

evening deposit round

, updating patients or families about billing status, pending deposits, and clarifying payment-related queries in coordination with the billing department.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?11,000.00 per month
