Key Responsibilities Create internal communication content: newsletters, updates, announcements. Plan and execute internal events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities. Develop internal branding creatives (posters, videos, presentations). Build employer branding content (BTS, team highlights). Work closely with HR and marketing teams for culture-building initiatives. Requirements 0-1 year of experience in branding/marketing/communications. Creativity + basic design or content skills. Strong coordination and communication abilities. Knowledge of Canva or basic editing tools is a plus
