Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management)
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Understand technical job requirements and market trends
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
