Job Summary:

The Internal ISO Auditor is responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards within the organization.The role ensures that all processes follow the defined Quality Management System (QMS) and helps drive continual improvement across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute internal audits as per the approved audit schedule. Verify compliance with ISO standards and company procedures. Identify non-conformities, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Prepare audit reports and share findings with relevant stakeholders. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure timely closure. Maintain audit documentation and records as per QMS requirements. Support process owners in implementing and improving ISO procedures. Assist during external audits and coordinate with certifying bodies. Conduct risk assessment reviews and support continual improvement projects. Train employees on ISO procedures and awareness (if required).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant field. Certification in ISO Internal Auditor Knowledge of process equipment manufacturing processes (Fabrication, QA/QC, Production, Engineering, etc.). Strong understanding of QMS documentation, auditing methods, NCR handling, and CAPA. Good communication, report-writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interact with different departments and work independently.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in internal auditing within a manufacturing or engineering company (preferred).
