We are hiring for the position of Internal Corporate Recruiter (Work from Office role).
Location: Kolkata (Local candidates preferred)

About the Role:
Roles & Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.

• Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media platforms.

• Conducting mass mailing, job postings, and Boolean searches.

• Making 50-60 calls per day for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

• Working as an Individual Contributor and handling full-cycle recruitment.

• Strong candidate engagement, follow-ups, and offer management.

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders for recruitment mandates within 2COMS Group.

Requirements
Experience: 2-3 years (Recruitment Consultancy background mandatory)
Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in sourcing both technical and non-technical profiles.

• Own laptop/desktop with stable internet connectivity.
