Job Description

The Internal Audit Trainee will support the evaluation of internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in auditing practices while contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting internal audits and reviewing processes for compliance and effectiveness. Document observations and prepare preliminary audit reports under supervision. Work with various teams to identify and address areas for improvement. Support the implementation of corrective actions and monitor progress. Maintain proper documentation and records of audits and follow-ups. Participate in the company's process audits as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (or currently pursuing). Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic understanding of auditing concepts or eagerness to learn. Fresh B.Com graduates are encouraged to apply.
