Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Proven experience in internal or statutory audit. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Infozeal, Busy). Comfortable with international travel to Africa for audits (3-4 months annually).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies. Review financial statements, accounting entries, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness. Identify areas of risk, recommend process improvements, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions. Monitor adherence to internal processes, statutory requirements, and regulatory standards. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings and recommendations to management
