Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Internal Auditor

with strong expertise in

compliance and regulatory frameworks

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing internal audits to assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations. This role is essential in promoting transparency, accountability, and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and statutory regulations. Assess internal controls and identify risks, process gaps, and non-compliance issues. Perform audits related to financial, operational, and regulatory areas. Provide actionable recommendations for control improvements and compliance enhancements. Prepare detailed and well-documented audit reports for management review. Work closely with departments to monitor and ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations. Stay up to date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Support in the development of internal audit and compliance frameworks. Assist in preparing the company for external audits and inspections.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Qualification:

CMA / ICWA / CA Inter / Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years in internal auditing, with exposure to compliance reviews. Sound knowledge of internal audit methodologies and risk-based auditing. Familiarity with regulatory and statutory compliance (e.g., tax, labor laws, financial reporting standards). Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software; experience with ERP systems, SAP, is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in corporate governance and compliance monitoring. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High ethical standards and strong attention to detail.
