The Internal Auditor will review processes to ensure accuracy, compliance with laws, and proper implementation of company policies. The role focuses on identifying gaps, risks, and improvements in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit payroll, attendance, leave, and timesheets
Check compliance with PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and other labour laws
Review recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
Verify HR documentation and policy adherence
Identify errors, risks, or irregularities in HR data
Share audit findings and suggest improvements
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in Commerce / HR / Finance
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labour laws
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Good communication and reporting skills
Knowledge of Excel / HRMS is a plus

2-3 years
