We are looking for an experienced

Internal Auditor

to conduct internal audits across multiple locations. The role involves auditing

Admin, HR, Accounts, and Operations

departments to ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements. The candidate must be comfortable with extensive Pan-India travel and regional office audits.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits across Admin, HR, Accounts & Operations departments Audit HR processes including onboarding, payroll, attendance, exits, and PF/ESIC compliance Review admin functions such as vendor management, asset records, and office expenses Audit accounts & finance activities including vouchers, bills, reimbursements, and bank reconciliation Conduct field and branch audits at regional offices Identify process gaps, risks, and non-compliance areas Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations Follow up on corrective actions and closure of audit points Coordinate with regional teams and Head Office stakeholders

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Internal Auditing Hands-on experience auditing Admin, HR, and Accounts departments Exposure to multi-location / branch audits Strong understanding of internal controls, SOPs, and statutory compliance Willingness to travel Pan India frequently Good communication and report-writing skills Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in NGOs, Trusts, Foundations, or multi-branch organizations Prior exposure to field audits and regional office audits Independent, ethical, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
