Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of internal audits across various departments.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct follow-up audits to assess the implementation of recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in auditing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
