About the Role
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of experience to join our
Internal Audit team in Bengaluru. This is an opportunity to work closely with leadership
and manufacturing operations to strengthen internal controls, optimize processes,
and drive business governance. The role o ers exposure across plants, finance,
procurement, and compliance -- making it a launchpad for a high-impact career in
internal audit and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Audit Planning & Execution
Assist in preparing annual audit plans aligned with risk priorities. Execute risk-based audits across manufacturing plants, warehouses, procurement, and corporate functions. Conduct process walkthroughs, test controls, and identify control gaps.
Candidate Profile
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) - recently qualified (1-2 years PQE).
Experience: Prior experience in internal in manufacturing preferred (articleship
experience in industry/manufacturing counts).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹307,698.77 - ₹600,000.00 per year
