Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Internal Auditor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting regular and surprise audits across our three hotel branches (Bangalore, Chennai, and Trichy) to ensure accuracy in inventory, billing, and compliance with internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

routine and surprise audits

across all branches to verify inventory, procurement records, and billing accuracy. Examine

financial statements, sales reports, purchase records

, and supporting documentation to ensure transparency and compliance. Audit

inventory levels

(F&B, housekeeping, front office, engineering supplies) and ensure correct recording and usage. Review

vendor bills, staff claims

, and other financial documents for accuracy and policy adherence. Identify discrepancies, report variances, and recommend corrective actions. Assess the effectiveness of

internal control systems

and propose improvements. Ensure adherence to

company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations

. Prepare and present

detailed audit reports

to senior management. Coordinate with department heads to

implement corrective actions

and follow-up audits. Maintain confidentiality of audit findings and company data.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Accounting, Finance, or related field

. CA Inter / CIA / MBA Finance preferred. Minimum

3 years of auditing experience

, preferably in hotels or retail. Willingness to

travel regularly

to Chennai and Trichy for branch audits. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work independently and conduct

unannounced audits

with integrity. Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and audit tools. Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
