Role Summary

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our organization as an Internal Auditor. The role involves strengthening internal controls, ensuring compliance, and supporting accurate and timely reporting across our fast-growing D2C business. Operating across multiple e-commerce platforms with pan-India presence, the Internal Auditor will help streamline processes, safeguard data integrity, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits across finance, operations, and compliance functions to assess controls and highlight improvements.

Review and oversee reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closures to ensure accuracy of books.

GST Compliance: Monitor, review, and reconcile GST records across multiple registrations, ensuring accuracy and timely filing.

Other Statutory Compliances: Ensure adherence to Income Tax, Company Law, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Evaluate and strengthen processes around inventory, branch transfers, and vendor transactions to ensure reliable reporting.

Design and implement internal systems and controls to support scalability and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with the accounts team to improve daily workflows and support timely reporting.

Act as a liaison with external stakeholders including Finance Team, investors, auditors, and consultants, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.

Assist in preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, and financial insights to assist management in decision-making.

Provide insights on cost efficiency, profitability, and resource allocation to aid strategic decision-making.

Partner with management to evaluate the financial impact of new product launches, sales channels, and geographic expansion.

Assist in preparing investor reports, due diligence data, and other growth-related documentation.

Role Specifications

Chartered Accountant (CA), with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience.

Solid grounding in accounting standards (IGAAP/IND AS) and statutory compliance under various statues

Strong analytical ability and attention to detail, with an aptitude for identifying risks and process gaps.

Effective communication skills to work across teams and present findings clearly.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.

High level of ethics, transparency, and professional integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
