Job Description
:
Requirements: * Ensuring adherence to instructions / suggestions / directives given by SVP/CAE, Audit Committee from time to time & also ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and handling any other assignment.
- Managing Audit Committee of the Board (ACB) /Audit Committee of Executives (ACE) related activities.
- Ensuring directives / suggestions of ACB/ACE/Management are circulated within the organization / Department and ensuring adherence to prescribed guidelines.
- Tracking directives / suggestions of ACB/ACE and seeking timely response from respective department and stake holders
- Preparation and submission of error free minutes of the Committee within the prescribed time
- Submission of fortnightly/monthly/quarterly returns within prescribed timeframe
- Maintain reports, files, hard copies of the documents, etc. in the manner as prescribed in the 'Record Management Policy'.
- To be updated on all the changes, modifications, additions to the processes / templates directly or indirectly related to the job role and ensure strict adherence to the same.
- Overall experience of 7-12 years in banking industry, of which 2-3 years should be in Axis Bank
- Adequate knowledge of Banking Operations
- Good interpersonal skills and sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power point
