Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with regulations, and accuracy of financial records.
• Develop audit programs and testing procedures to evaluate the organization's operational and financial processes.
• Prepare detailed reports of audit findings and present recommendations for improvement to management.
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure that corrective actions have been implemented.

Requirements:

• A CA Fresher with 2 to 3 years of experience in internal audit.
• Strong understanding of internal auditing standards and practices.
• Solid knowledge of financial and operational processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and present findings clearly.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications such as MS Office, SAP, or Oracle.
