Job description Audit HOD Male Candidate, 8+ Years Experience Any Graduate, Location- Dahanu Call: +91 99300 92737 / +91 99300 92735 JD- Manage Team Stock Audit Overseeing the accounting processes and procedures. Analysing financial data, reports, as well as statements. Reviewing the completed audit files and processes. Supervising and advising the Audit Assistants and other team members. Detecting any miscalculations or errors in the audit and handling them on priority. Planning and implementing audit processes and policies. Coordinating with the internal and external audit processes. Conducting training sessions for the Audit Assistants. Present audit findings to the higher management. Identifying business process risks that are involved. Documenting all the results of audit evaluations. Making sure the audits are completed in a timely manner. Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the company. Skill- Set- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar degree. Proven work experience as an Audit Manager, Account Manager, or a similar role in the Finance department. A professional Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) principles. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage time efficiently. Knowledge and understanding of internal and external audit processes. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to detect problems and resolve them instantly. A sharp eye for details for accuracy. Good leadership abilities and the ability to work under stressful situations. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 945,000.00 per month Benefits:
