- Internal Audit Executive

Location: Baroda

We looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Internal Audit Executive with strong analytical abilities and experience in conducting internal audits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to audit processes, preferably within CA firms, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance, identifying risks, and improving internal controls for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits across various industries as per audit plans and standards.

Evaluate internal controls, identify control gaps, and recommend process improvements.

Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare working papers, audit reports, and documentation in accordance with professional standards.

Coordinate with clients to gather information, clarify audit findings, and support finalizing reports.

Assist in operational, financial, and compliance audits as required.

Support seniors and partners in executing end-to-end audit assignments.Required

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Internal Audit (preferably with a CA firm).

Education:Must have completed B.Com.M.Com / Inter CA candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Strong understanding of auditing standards, accounting principles, and internal control systems.

Proficiency in MS Excel and audit documentation.

Good communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.

Ability to handle client interactions professionally and work independently or in a team.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience handling multiple audits simultaneously.

Exposure to different industries.Ability to work under deadlines and deliver quality output.
