Key Responsibilities:

1.

Audit Planning:

o Plan and conduct audits based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal policies.

2.

Audit Reporting:

o Report audit findings and ensure timely follow-up and remediation of identified issues.

3.

Internal Control Monitoring:

o Monitor and test the effectiveness of internal controls across functions.

4.

Documentation Compliance:

o Ensure all documentation aligns with control requirements and regulatory standards.

5.

Policy & Regulatory Compliance:

o Ensure adherence to internal policies, applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

6.

System Implementation Support:

o Participate in various system implementations, providing insights from an internal controls and functional perspective.

7.

Site Audit & Travel Requirement:

o Conduct

quarterly travel for site audits of constructed road maintenance projects

, which is a

major requirement

of this role.

o

8.

Education:

o Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Industry Experience:

Experience in

Infrastructure InvITs

or

listed companies

within Internal Control or Audit functions is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹1,250,000.00 per year
