We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our

Internal Audit Team

as an

Associate

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing with hands-on experience in finance, process, and performance audits. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to organizational improvement and risk management within a fast-paced and growing company.

Internal Audit Associate

Internal Audit Planning

Develop audit plans and schedules to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance systems.

Risk Assessment

Identify and assess areas of risk in financial, operational, and compliance processes.

Audit Execution

Conduct audits in accordance with company policies and industry standards, including reviewing records, reports, and procedures.

Reporting & Recommendations

Prepare audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans to improve controls and processes.

Compliance Monitoring

Ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and ethical standards throughout the organization.

Follow-up & Implementation Review

Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure timely corrective actions by relevant departments.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in internal auditing. Preferred sector experience:

FMCG, Manufacturing, or Production industries

. Strong knowledge of audit procedures and risk management. Good report writing and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

BCom, MCom, CMA/CMA Inter, or CA Inter
