We are seeking an Internal Audit Associate to support risk-based audits, IFC/ICFR testing, process evaluations, and financial control reviews across a diverse client portfolio. This role is well-suited for individuals looking to build a long-term career in Internal Audit, Controls, and Risk Advisory within a structured consulting environment.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Execute risk-based internal audits from planning to final reporting.
• Perform IFC/ICFR testing, control assessments, and sample testing.
• Review SOPs, internal controls, compliance procedures, and operational workflows.
• Identify process risks, control gaps, and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare working papers, maintain audit documentation, and draft findings.
• Coordinate with client teams for data collection, walkthroughs, and clarifications.
• Support seniors and managers in special audits, investigations, and advisory assignments.

Experience Required
For CA Inter (Semi-Qualified):

• 6 months to 2+ years of experience in Internal Audit or Process Audit.
• Working knowledge of audit procedures, reconciliations, and control testing.
• Strong Excel skills and documentation ability.

For Qualified CA:

• 2-3 years of experience in Internal Audit, IFC/ICFR, or Risk Advisory.
• Capability to manage audit sections independently and mentor juniors.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
