About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated

web designer (WordPress)

intern

to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for those who want to gain practical experience in WordPress website development, customisation, and optimisation. You will collaborate with our development team to develop and manage WordPress websites.

Key Responsibilities

- Help design, develop, and manage WordPress websites.

- Design WordPress themes and plugins according to project needs.

- Webpage optimisation for speed, performance, and security.

- Resolve and troubleshoot WordPress problems.

- Use responsive design and make it cross-browser-friendly.

- Coordinate with SEO and marketing teams to enhance webpage visibility.

- Keep abreast of WordPress trends and best practices

Requirements

- Familiarity with WordPress, themes, and plugins.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP is a plus.

- Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.

- Understanding of website performance optimisation techniques.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
