The Opportunity

The IES Pune Team is currently looking for an Intern to join our Consultancy team based in our Pune office. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging, international projects and will be given the encouragement and support to develop your career. You will operate CAD/3D software and our own VE (Virtual Environment) software on behalf of our clients. You would be involved in multiple tasks depending on projects. Duties will include: Assisting with a variety of efforts including data collection, data cleansing, statistical analysis, database management, model building, model validation and analysis.

The Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with appropriate and relevant engineering or architectural background, with the following skills and experience:

Essential skills:

• B.Arch/Sustainability technology/Environmental studies
• Experience in drafting using CAD tools such as SketchUp, Revit, Rhino etc.
• Strong communication skills, including speaking English

Desirable skills:

• Prior interning experience towards using 3D/nergy modelling software
• Experience in simulation using tools such as IESVE (preferred)
• Experience in Architectural/Sustainability industry/Environmental Studies
