You\xe2\x80\x99ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.

Our team helps our clients with various aspects of a merger and acquisition transactions such as restructuring, divestiture, partnerships and insolvency. You\xe2\x80\x99ll focus on helping clients establish treasury goals, analyse and quantify tax assets, assess tax risks, and model taxable income and cash flow impacts. Merger and Acquisitions

• Assisting the team in extraction of case laws as and when required.
• Assisting the team in coordinating with the lawyers and external consultants.
• Supporting the team in the research work for fetching relevant information w.r.t financials etc. and preparing presentations while pitching for prospective clients.
• Frequently following up with the leaders to coordinate with the debtors.
• Preparing memos, advises, general communication pertaining to the tax office/ courts.
• Supporting the team on compliance and risk management related work.

Profile Requirements

• Commerce or relevant stream graduate with at least 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of Tax & Accounts
• Other prerequisite skills include:

  • Meticulous and committed attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Basic skillset working on MS office
