About the Role:




We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Talent Acquisition Intern

to join our HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate engagement. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring initiatives and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:




Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases. Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings. Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and feedback. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:




Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards is a plus. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. MBA preferred
