Job Description

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and exposure to various facets of human resources. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, organized, and eager to learn the intricacies of talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on relevant platforms.
  • Help with pre-joining formalities and documentation of selected candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments on recruitment-related tasks.
Requirements
Preferred Candidate:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).
Qualitative Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
