Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting key functions within Sirva Supply Chain operations. This internship will provide exposure to data management, process improvement, supplier coordination, and back-end operational support. You will work closely with multiple teams, including Supplier Management, Client Accounting, and Client Services, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while learning the fundamentals of global supply chain management.

This program is designed for students or fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in supply chain management, offering practical learning, mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute to real projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Assist in maintaining data integrity by ensuring information is accurate, consistent, and updated promptly. Support in managing and tracking queries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution under guidance. Help prepare internal reports and dashboards to track operations metrics and performance. Develop dashboards and visualizations in Excel or Power BI for tracking key supply chain metrics. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate updates on requests and daily tasks. Work with internal teams like supply chain and client accounting to support seamless delivery processes. Participate in process improvement and data accuracy efforts to identify inefficiencies and suggest enhancements to workflows or reporting. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and documentation. Provide backup support to Supply Chain team members during peak workload periods

What You Bring to Sirva

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree or master's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields. Strong interest in supply chain operations and data management. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Quick learner who follows established procedures and takes Accountability for assigned tasks. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with SharePoint and Power BI is a plus. Demonstrates initiative--eager to identify improvements and contribute proactively to team efficiency. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate across departments.
