Job Title: Social Media Intern

Scope of Work:

Social Media Management:

Conceptualize, shoot (on the phone), edit, caption, and post engaging reels and content for Instagram, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone and requirements.
Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of posts to optimize content strategy.

Ad-Hoc Asset Creation:

Create assets for social media content by being on camera, shooting content, and editing the videos

Content Creation and Community Engagement:

Develop creative and engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn
Grow the Followers by coming up with fresh and engaging ideas.
Manage and facilitate online communities by responding to posts, encouraging discussions, and engaging followers.

Qualifications:

A strong presence on Instagram with original, engaging content.
An existing content creator is highly preferred.
Knowledge of current social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithms.
Basic video shooting and editing skills.
Proven experience managing social media platforms with a track record of achieving growth targets.
Bachelor of Business Administration degree (preferred). { Students are also fine}
