Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels.
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels and short videos in line with brand tone and current trends.
Develop monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting.
Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
Respond to followers' comments, DMs, and maintain strong community engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing/design team for campaigns and promotions.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithms.

Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or influencers.
Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, trending sounds, and editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.).
Creative eye for design, storytelling, and aesthetics.
Understanding of social media analytics and insights tools.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
o Degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
o Experience with paid social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
o Basic graphic design or photography skills.
