Profile Overview:
Support the Client Acquisition and Partnerships team in identifying, engaging, and onboarding potential clients and collaborators in the education space. The role provides hands-on exposure to business development strategies, client relationship management, and proposal creation, with the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients, institutions, and strategic partners aligned with organizational objectives.
Assist in developing and presenting business proposals and partnership decks.
Assist in orienting leadership teams of educational institutions, parents, and students.
Support client meetings, follow-ups, and documentation processes.
Maintain and update client databases and CRM records.
Coordinate internal communication between Branding and Public Relations, and Training and Operations teams.
Track and report on lead generation and conversion progress.
Contribute creative ideas to strengthen partner engagement and client acquisition strategies.

Working Hours: The candidate will be required to devote five hours between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday - Saturday). The role does involve travelling to various parts of Mumbai for client meetings and orientations.
