Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to handle lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management. The role involves identifying and contacting potential franchise partners through cold calling and other outreach strategies, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth through effective customer engagement and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads for franchise opportunities
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Support customer acquisition efforts and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Collaborate with the sales team to meet growth targets
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
