We're looking for passionate and dynamic
Sales & Marketing Interns
who are eager to gain real-world experience in healthcare marketing, branding, and business development.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our clinic and doctors.
Manage social media content, posts, and engagement across platforms.
Help design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, digital ads, and presentations.
Track and analyze campaign performance to suggest improvements.
2. Doctor & Partner Outreach
Identify and approach potential doctors and clinics for collaboration or franchise partnerships.
Connect with doctors via calls, emails, and meetings to explain our clinic model.
Maintain records of outreach and support in onboarding new doctors.
3. Franchise Development Support
Assist in researching and identifying new franchise opportunities.
Conduct local market analysis on patient demographics, demand, and competitors.
Support marketing activities for franchise expansion events or campaigns.
4. Client & Community Engagement
Help organize community events, health talks, and awareness campaigns.
Gather patient and doctor feedback to improve engagement strategies.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain leads and CRM data accurately.
Prepare weekly performance and marketing reports.
Coordinate between marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Requirements:
Recently completed a degree in
Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of
digital marketing and sales processes
.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with social media tools.
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a startup environment.
Passion for the healthcare sector is a plus.
