Internship Overview
We are looking for passionate, energetic, and ambitious
interns
to join our
Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience
teams. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world business scenarios, direct mentorship from industry professionals, and the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
Depending on your department allocation (Sales / Marketing / Business Development), your role may include:
Sales & Business Development:
Assist in lead generation, client outreach, and product presentations.
Support the retail sales team in customer interactions and walk-in conversions.
Participate in store activations, customer engagement, and product demos.
Track and report sales performance metrics and insights.
Marketing & Branding:
Support digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and influencer collaborations.
Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
Assist in planning events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve brand communication.
Customer Experience:
Coordinate with support teams to resolve customer queries.
Ensure seamless post-purchase experience and follow-ups.
Contribute to improving CRM processes and customer journey mapping.
? Desired Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (Marketing, Business, Management, or related fields).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
A passion for retail, consumer brands, or D2C business is a plus.
