We need to recruit a marketing intern for our marketing projects as detailed below:


Project - Digital Content & Messaging Optimization for Enhanced Customer Engagement Duration - 2 months starting form 1st July, 2025 Stipend - INR 20K ($235) per month

Overview:



To conduct a comprehensive analysis of our content and messaging across

Email Direct Marketing (EDM), Facebook, and Instagram social posts

. The objective is to evaluate this content for overall quality, brand standardization, and, critically, to understand customer pain points and the benefits they seek. This project will culminate in data-backed recommendations to strategically refine our digital outreach, improve engagement, and enhance overall brand perception.



In today's crowded digital landscape, our EDM campaigns and social media presence on Facebook and Instagram are frontline touchpoints with our audience. While we're actively publishing content, we believe there's a significant opportunity to deepen our understanding of our audience's needs and how our messaging addresses them. Our hypothesis is that by systematically analyzing what we communicate, how we communicate it, and to whom, we can create more impactful content. This project aims to move beyond generic content strategies to a persona-driven approach, ensuring every piece of communication directly addresses our customers' challenges and highlights the specific benefits they value, all while maintaining a consistent and strong brand voice.
