Recruitment Intern - On The Job Training Module (12-Month Internship)
Location: GHAZIABAD
Stipend: 15,000 20,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Duration: Minimum 12 months (full-time internship)

Who Can Apply?
Fresh graduates (B. Com, BBA, B. Tech, MBA etc.)
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Must be comfortable working full-time for 1 year
Must have a laptop, stable internet connection, and proper WFH setup
Key Skills Required:
English fluency Clear speaking and professional writing
MS Excel proficiency Above basic (formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting, basic dashboards)
Attention to detail, time discipline, and accountability

You Will Be Trained In:
Understanding client requirements and decoding job descriptions
Industry mapping and identifying competitor hiring patterns
Identifying critical technical and behavioral skills from JDs
Working within a future-ready recruitment process
Exposure to ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), candidate outreach tools, and AI-powered screening techniques
Navigating and sustaining efficiency in a highly process-driven system
Developing individual leadership, ownership mindset, and professional client handling
Additional Information:
Internship Certificate will be issued only on successful completion of 12 months

Talent Sourcer
Client Delivery Associate
