Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intern Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to assisting in the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen interest in human resources and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities



Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Resume Screening: Review and evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates that meet the qualifications for open positions. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process. Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and gather necessary information. Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information. Onboarding Support: Support the HR team in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions. Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, organizing recruitment events, and handling correspondence.

Qualifications



Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?240,000.00 per year
