We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and execution-focused
Performance Marketing Intern
to join our team. This is not a "fetch coffee" internship. You will be directly involved in managing high-stakes campaigns for premium clients, including a
top-ranked law firm
.
You will work primarily on
Meta Ads
and
LinkedIn Marketing
, helping us execute strategies that drive real business results. If you are data-driven, proficient in Excel, and eager to learn how B2B marketing works at a high level, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution:
Assist in setting up, launching, and monitoring ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
LinkedIn Strategy:
Support the management of premium LinkedIn accounts for legal sector clients, ensuring professional tone and precise targeting.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Download raw data and use Microsoft Excel to identify trends, cost-per-lead (CPL), and ROI.
Reporting:
Create professional weekly/monthly performance decks using PowerPoint to present insights to the internal team.
Creative Coordination (Bonus):
Draft clear, logical creative briefs for the design team to produce high-performing ad creatives.
Who You Are
Certified:
You have completed basic certifications (e.g., Meta Certified Digital Associate, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, or Google Fundamentals). We value proof of proactive learning.
Excel Proficient:
You are comfortable with spreadsheets (Filters, and basics are a must).
Detail-Oriented:
You understand that when working with law firms and premium B2B clients, typos and errors are not an option.
Tool Savvy:
You are fluent in the Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, PPT, Excel, Word).
Inquisitive:
You don't just report data; you ask whya campaign worked or failed.
