Job Title: Intern - Performance Marketing

Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Paid Media department as an Intern in Performance Marketing. This role will provide hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive performance and achieve business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:Assist in the creation and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization Conduct keyword research and ad copy testing to improve campaign effectiveness Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for audience targeting and segmentation Assist in the analysis of campaign data to track key performance metrics and ROI Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing


Qualifications:Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics is a plus
