Roles & Responsibilities:



Administrative Support



Assist in maintaining project plans, timelines, and reports. Manage and update program databases and shared folders. Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Communication & Coordination



Support internal team coordination and communication with chapters. Draft and send emails, reminders, and official communication under guidance. Assist in creating basic documents and digital presentations.

Chapter Assistance



Track chapter activities and assist in following up on pending tasks. Compile updates and feedback from various stakeholders. Flag issues requiring attention and assist in resolving basic queries.

Marketing & Outreach Support



Gather content for social media posts and newsletters. Assist in writing brief success stories and program highlights. Maintain media/photo archives and support documentation.

Event & Training Logistics



Help coordinate virtual training sessions and track participation. Assist in preparing and distributing training materials and forms.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate studies. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and social media platforms. Ability to multitask and work independently. Enthusiastic learner with a proactive approach. Prior volunteering or nonprofit experience is a plus.
