Role Overview

We're looking for an innovative and highly motivated

Motion Design & Creative Intern

. This role is perfectly suited for an individual with a strong foundation in

motion graphics

and

visual storytelling

, who also possesses a keen interest in

filmmaking principles

(cinematography, editing, narrative structure). A core component of this internship will be actively exploring how

Generative AI

can be leveraged to enhance and accelerate both motion design and content creation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Motion Design & Animation

Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, and internal communications, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

Storyboarding and conceptualization of video and animated content, focusing on clear, engaging visual narratives.

Create and update UI micro-interactions and animated assets for digital products.

2. Generative AI Experimentation & Integration

Actively research and test cutting-edge Gen AI tools (for image, video, and text generation) to identify potential applications in pre-production (storyboarding, concept art), production (backgrounds, effects), and post-production (style transfer, quick edits).

Develop proofs-of-concept (POCs) to demonstrate innovative ways to integrate AI-generated assets or processes into our motion and video workflows.

Document and present findings, workflows, and insights on the creative and efficiency gains enabled by AI.

3. Creative Collaboration & Support

Collaborate closely with content creators, product managers, and designers to translate marketing goals into compelling visual stories.

Participate actively in creative reviews, contributing constructive feedback and iterating on personal work.

Qualifications & Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Film Production, Graphic Design, or a related creative field.

A strong portfolio or reel showcasing technical skill and creative thinking in motion design (proficiency in Adobe After Effects is required).

Demonstrated understanding of filmmaking fundamentals (e.g., shot composition, lighting, pacing, camera movement, and narrative editing).

Proven passion and curiosity for Generative AI and its application in visual media.

Proficiency in basic video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).

Highly Advantageous

Prior hands-on experience in filmmaking or videography, including cinematography, sound design, or directing.

Knowledge of advanced editing techniques and color grading.

Experience with 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).

Personal projects or experimentation using Gen AI tools to create, augment, or streamline video content.
