Develop,format,andorganizecontentpages,HTMLpages,quizzes,assignments,and documentsasperdesigndocumentguidelinesandaccessibilitystandards. Createandmanagecourseassets,ensuringtheymeetqualitystandards. Build/editcontentonContentManagementSystem(CMS) ConductQAandQCreviewstoensurelearningmaterialsmeetqualityandaccessibility standards. TroubleshootandresolveLMS-relatedissuesduringcoursesetupanddelivery, collaborating with relevant teams for solutions. Collaboratewithinternalandexternalteamstoensureprojectrequirementsand specifications are met. Deliverprojectsontimeandensuretheymeetthehigh-qualitybenchmarksofthe organization. Participateininternalcontinuousimprovementeffortsbyofferingideasandsolutions for process improvement.
