Pankajakasthuri Ayurveda is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations across recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR practices within the Ayurveda and healthcare manufacturing industry, while contributing to the growth and well-being of our people.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end
recruitment process
- preparing job postings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support
onboarding and induction
for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
Help maintain and update
employee records
, HRMIS databases, and personal files in compliance with company and statutory requirements.
Assist in
attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
in collaboration with the HR Operations team.
Support the organization of
employee engagement, training, and welfare activities
to promote a positive workplace culture.
Draft and format
HR letters, circulars, and communication
materials.
Coordinate with various departments, including Production, R&D, and Sales, to meet HR-related needs.
Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis related to manpower, attrition, and HR metrics.
Ensure
confidential handling
of employee information and adherence to organizational policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree (pursuing or completed) in
Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
; exposure to HRMS tools preferred.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Duration:
3-6 months (extendable based on performance and business requirement)
