About the Internship:

Join our

System Administration Internship

to gain hands-on experience in Windows, Linux, VMware, AWS, Backup & Recovery, Networking, and IT Infrastructure. This program provides practical exposure to real-world IT operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation.

What You'll Learn & Do:

Windows Administration:

Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, patching, remote management.

Linux Basics:

File systems, user/group management, package updates, basic shell scripting.

VMware:

VM creation, snapshots, resource allocation, networking, storage.

Storage & Backup:

SAN/NAS/DAS, NetApp & TrueNAS basics, backup and recovery processes.

Monitoring & Maintenance:

System health checks, alerts, and performance monitoring.

Networking:

IP addressing, VLANs, DNS/DHCP overview, firewall basics.

AWS Cloud:

EC2, S3, IAM basics, cloud console navigation.

Vulnerability & Patching:

Scan, analyze, and remediate using tools like Qualys.

Data Center Management:

Hardware handling, labelling, environmental monitoring, cable management.

Documentation & Ticketing:

Jira, runbooks, SOPs, and reporting.

Who We're Looking For:

Students or recent graduates in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, or virtualization. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Enthusiasm to learn and work in live IT infrastructure environments.
