Oversee preparation of detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, budgets, and quality.
Review and approve designs prepared by junior architects and design teams.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.
Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and project managers.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, local regulations, and sustainability standards.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure adherence to plans.
Mentor and guide junior architects, interns, and designers in design and technical execution.
Keep updated with latest materials, design trends, software, and innovative architectural practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing master plans, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
Preparing presentations and design pitches for client approvals.
Conducting feasibility studies and design reviews.
Coordinating with procurement and vendors for design-related material finalization.
Ensuring proper documentation of designs, approvals, and revisions.
Driving sustainable and cost-effective solutions in projects.
Resolving on-site design conflicts in consultation with project teams.
Leading design review meetings with stakeholders and clients.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Upholding the company's design philosophy and brand identity in every project.
