Responsibilities
: Support team/project through various phases of learning design and development
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs
Research content on a variety of technical/non-technical topics
Compile, structure and rewrite content according to course & learner needs
Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
Develop storyboards to visualize content, graphics and the user interface
Guide the creation of supporting media (audio, video, animations etc)
Develop assessments to judge learner's performance
Maintain project documentation and course folders
Required Skill
: Strong ability to understand content on a variety of technical and non-technical topics, good grasping ability
Ability to research information from various sources and compile, structure and rewrite content as required
Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
Basic knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models (SAM, ADDIE etc.)
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas to the team
Imaginative and creative thinking skills, visualization skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
