Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
-Respond promptly and professionally to incoming guest queries via social media, GMB, and reference leads.
-Understand guest requirements and provide accurate information about destinations, packages, and offers.
-Maintain detailed records of inquiries, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM/Excel tracker.
-Coordinate with the reservations/operations team to finalize bookings.
-Share relevant offers, promotions, or itinerary details to improve conversion.
-Support the sales team in reporting daily/weekly performance metrics.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
