About the Role

We are looking for an HR Intern with creativity and enthusiasm for cultural events and employee engagement. This role will focus on conceptualizing, designing, and executing fun, innovative, and engaging activities that build workplace culture, foster collaboration and enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Cultural Events & Celebrations

Assist in planning and organizing festivals, cultural days, annual functions, and theme-based events. Coordinate logistics (venues, schedules, invites etc) Capture event highlights through photos, videos, and short reels

Employee Engagement Activities

Design and execute employee contests, recognition programs, wellness drives, and team-building activities. Create digital posters, invites, and social media content for engagement campaigns. Collect feedback from employees and prepare reports on participation & engagement impact.

Creative Communication

Desirable skill in Design posters, short videos, and presentation decks for HR events and engagement initiatives. Collaborate with the HR team to make employee communication more fun, interactive, and visually appealing. Contribute to internal newsletters and culture-related content. Prior experience in event coordination / cultural activities / student clubs is highly desirable.
