oordinate and implement end-to-end logistics online and in-person learning offerings, ensuring all pre- and post-event communications are sent.

acilitate or provide support for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and serve as a technical producer in virtual classrooms.
D
evelop and update standardized tools and reporting systems for consistent access to learning data and generate both standard and custom reports.
S
upport regular reporting on learning metrics including usage, completion, satisfaction, and other key indicators.

rovide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of learning initiatives, using data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
