The position will support the HR Analytics and Business Partnering team in crucial year end activities like employee engagement and performance management. The incumbent would need a high degree of attention to detail and an aptitude to analyze and visualize data in line with requirements.

Verbatim Analysis for employee engagement survey
Creation of briefing decks for leaders
Performance management reporting
Supporting other pay-for-performance activities as needed
