Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

HR Intern

to join our team at our Lucknow office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in the

end-to-end recruitment process

(job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, etc.) Manage and update

candidate databases

and maintain records of HR activities Support

onboarding and documentation

of new employees and interns Contribute to

employee engagement activities

, events, and internal communications Assist in drafting

offer letters, experience certificates

, and HR reports Coordinate with team leads and management for staffing and administrative requirements

Eligibility:

Pursuing or completed

BBA / MBA (HR)

or equivalent degree Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Eager to learn HR processes in a practical, fast-paced environment Must be available for

onsite work in Lucknow

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
